Douglas S. Freeman (Virginia) senior Waleed Suliman placed 24th in 15:39.5 in the boys 5-kilometer final at the Foot Locker Cross Country Championships at Balboa Park's Morley Field in San Diego. Suliman improved 12 seconds and moved up five spots from last year's final.
